Each book has a number associated with it, but you need to figure out the correct sequence using the borrow list on the computer.

- Fourth Digit (8): From the book "Am The Person, The Are Story," which shows three dashes and an eight, indicating the fourth digit of the code is eight.
- First Digit (6): From "Greg the Grape Two." Look for the initials JP (Jonathan Pratt) on the borrow list. His name appears first, making 6 the first digit.
- Second Digit (3): From "Grown Attached" by Delly Shubal (DS). Since there are two DS names on the list, use the borrow list order to determine that the correct digit is 3.
- Third Digit (5): From "Squeegee of Destiny." This book is damaged, so the borrow list doesn’t show it, but the digit 5 is derived from other clues.

Amanda now knows Riley is there and is trying to escape. The situation becomes more serious as it's not just Amanda searching for Riley anymore.

Amanda the Adventurer 2 continues the eerie story with Riley Park, who goes to the Kensdale Public Library to investigate mysterious tapes found in their attic. At the library, a masked figure who knew Riley's Aunt Kate before she died asks for help finding something Kate left behind. This figure also warns Riley about a powerful entity drawn to the tapes.
In the demo, Amanda introduces the idea of traveling to different places using her magic train. She presents three destinations: Paris, Mexico City, and London. Each destination requires coins, which are found and collected through various interactions.
- Piggy Bank: To get coins for the first trip, Amanda offers to open a piggy bank. You can either pull the plug or smash it.
- Counting Coins: Amanda counts coins with the player, teaching simple math and subtraction to manage travel expenses.
- Selling Items: When more coins are needed, Amanda suggests selling items like Mr. Rooster, a toy that made her laugh when she was scared, to get more coins for the next trip.
Throughout the gameplay, there are hints of a powerful entity. For example, when Amanda gets three coins for Mr. Rooster, a mysterious figure appears and tries to take her coins. Amanda manages to keep them and continues the journey, showing the persistent danger surrounding her.
