Arena Breakout Season 5 Patch Notes

Level Infinite is gearing up to release the Arena Breakout Season 5 update on July 25, 2024. The Sneak Peek of the patch was unveiled recently, showcasing some fantastic new features and additions. Players who pre-register for the update and pre-order the Battle Pass will receive exciting bonus rewards, such as the Sapper Shovel, Universal Key, and coins, once the patch goes live.

All-New Map: Mine

Once a barren land, the El Milar region is now a rich source of copper and gold, attracting all kinds of people trying to strike it rich. This bustling hub of industry is dotted with small towns, factories, and even a maximum security prison.

New Boss

Hecate: The commander who led the Southern Army against the Farm district. She speaks with authority and a hint of arrogance. Rumored to have been recruited from a Colom special ops team, Hecate now wears the Blackgold badge. She's proven her worth multiple times.

Improvements

1. Raid Readiness: New prompt when you don't have keys for the current map.

2. Team Up Improvements: You can now apply to join other teams even when in a team.

3. Elimination Details: Eliminated operators' details are now highlighted in the results screen.

4. View in-game friends' raid time and offline details.

5. New Friend's note function added to customize name.

6. Max level Merit Scores now give bonus Rank Points.

7. Save containers you've selected for auto organization.

8. Quick Split & Sell now supports armor, helmet, bag, and item combinations that include operation supply markers.

9. Quick Equip doesn't require empty storage space when purchasing gear.

10. Improved gun build sharing and share codes.

11. Skins can be applied to mags when prepping ammo.

12. Added first-person POV to weapon skin previews.

Balance Adjustments

1. AN-94 Assault Rifle: Increased accuracy and decreased penalty on accuracy during bursts.

2. VSS Marksman Rifle: Increased vertical and horizontal recoil control.

3. M14 Carbine: Decreased rate of fire and reduced ergonomics.

4. Removed hip-fire scatter for the first few hip-fire shots.

5. Increased base damage for 5.45x39mm caliber PP ammo.

6. Reduced screen coverage for gas masks and some helmet masks.

7. Made it harder to discern footstep direction when players are in smoke grenade cloud.

8. Stun grenades now cause affected enemies to make sounds and soundprints.

9. Adjusted base damage and accuracy for some Lv. 0 and Lv. 1 ammo.

Other Fixes and Improvements

1. Improved effects for gunfire and shell ejection smoke.

2. Revised some accessories' weights.

3. Adjusted some items' reference prices.

4. Players now have the option to cancel opening a door, which won't use the key/card.

5. Improved most primary weapons' firing animation from a third-person perspective.

6. Improved trail effects for flares.

7. Improved appearance of electronic and retro safes.
