Persona 3 Reload
Persona 3 Reload is a role-playing video game released in 2024 by Atlus, who developed and published the game. It's a remake of the 2006 game Persona 3, which is part of the larger Megami Tensei franchise. The game follows a high school student who returns to his hometown ten years after his parents died in a car accident. He discovers he can summon a Persona, which is a manifestation of his inner spirit and joins a group called the Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad (S.E.E.S.), who also have this ability.
Together, they fight Shadows and try to solve the mystery of the Dark Hour. Fans had been requesting a remake of Persona 3 for a while, especially after the success of Persona 5 in 2016, and Atlus officially acknowledged these requests. Persona 3 Reload began development in 2019 and was announced in June 2023. It faithfully retells the main story of Persona 3 but with updated graphics and features to match the later games in the series.
The game's art direction was overseen by Shigenori Soejima, with character designs updated by Azusa Shimada and new music primarily composed by Atsushi Kitajoh. Persona 3 Reload was released for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on February 2, 2024. It received positive reviews from critics and quickly became Atlus' fastest-selling game, reaching 1 million units sold within its first week of release.
Dancing Beast Wheel Persona 3 Reload - Guide and Strategy
The Dancing Beast Wheel boss can be found on Floor 155 of the Tziah Block in Tartarus. As a Floor Boss, you have to defeat it to progress to the next floor. It appears alone, so you don't have to worry about other enemies. You can knock it down with a Critical Hit and then perform an All-Out Attack easily.
The weaknesses and resistances of Dancing Beast Wheel are; Weakness - Light, Immunity-Ice. Most Physical and Magic attacks have a normal effect on them, except for Light and Ice attacks. Magic attacks won't be very effective, so use other Magic attacks, Physical attacks, or Theurgy abilities instead.
Boost your Critical Hit Rate to knock it down easily. Characters with skills like Rebellion or Revolution, such as Koromaru, can help with this. The boss buffs its own Attack, Defense, and Evasion, so use skills like Rakunda or Tarunda to weaken it. Aigis is good for dealing Physical damage and buffing your team's Attack and Defense. Yukari can heal your team, or you can use healing items.
Persona 3 Reload Gameplay
Persona 3 Reload is a remake of the original Persona 3 game, updated with new features and improvements. It combines role-playing and social simulation gameplay, similar to other games in the Persona series. The remake integrates elements from later Persona games, such as Persona 5, including quality-of-life improvements and updated presentation.
In Persona 3 Reload, players will notice enhancements to the user interface, making it easier to navigate and understand objectives. For example, objective descriptions are now displayed alongside the date and time, similar to Persona 5's heads-up display. The map display has also been improved to provide more detailed information about the environment and important locations.
New gameplay additions include expanded activities at the protagonist's dorm, such as gardening, cooking, and watching films. These activities help strengthen the protagonist's social stats, which are essential for building relationships with other characters in the game. Additionally, players can now engage in side-story arcs with supporting characters to deepen their relationships.
Exploration in Tartarus, the game's main dungeon, has been enhanced with more environmental variety and visual effects. The fatigue mechanic has been removed, allowing players to explore without worrying about tiring out their characters. During battles, players have the option to take direct control over party members or let the CPU dictate their behavior, similar to previous Persona games.
The battle interface has been overhauled to resemble Persona 5, with new commands and functions added. Players can now use the "Shift" ability to pass their turn to another character and initiate "All-Out Attacks" for significant damage to enemies. Additionally, players can manually choose specific cards during the post-battle minigame to obtain new Personas and effects. Overall, Persona 3 Reload offers a refreshed experience of the original game, with updated gameplay mechanics and enhancements inspired by later entries in the Persona series.
