Doctor Who Empire of Death Ending Explained

In "Doctor Who: Empire of Death," a bad guy called Sutekh beats the Doctor and spreads a scary Dust of Death on Earth and other places. The Doctor, Ruby, and Mel run away and face Sutekh, who lets the Doctor live to know about Ruby's mother. Sutekh's control goes far, reaching Skaro too.

The Doctor gets a big hint from a woman on a dying world, using the Time Window to find Ruby's mother's name. Louise Miller, a normal woman, is shown as Ruby's mother. Who was the mother of Ruby?

Thanks to Roger Ap Gwilliam's new rule for DNA tests, the Doctor and Ruby found out who Ruby's mother was. Her name is Louise Miller, and she left Ruby at the church on Ruby Road to keep her safe.
