WWE 2K24 is a new wrestling video game being made by Visual Concepts and will be released by 2K. It's the tenth game in the series called WWE 2K and the twenty-fourth one overall based on WWE. This game follows WWE 2K23.

In this game, players can take control of their favorite WWE wrestlers and compete in matches against each other. They can choose from a wide range of wrestlers and venues, just like in real WWE events.

WWE 2K24 Development

In May 2023, during a meeting where 2K's parent company Take-Two Interactive talked about their earnings, they announced a new game called WWE 2K24. They said it would come out sometime in the fiscal year of March 2024.

Then, on January 17, 2024, WWE 2K changed their pictures on Twitter to show the logo for WWE 2K24 and said they would reveal more on January 22, 2024. They also posted a picture of a referee T-shirt and tagged Stone Cold Steve Austin in it.

On January 22, 2024, they told us that Cody Rhodes would be on the cover of the regular version of the game, and Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair will be on the cover of the Deluxe Edition. They also announced a special edition called "40 Years of WrestleMania" with extra stuff, like the WrestleMania XL arena and five playable wrestlers based on their WrestleMania matches. This edition will let players go through WrestleMania mode, something they haven't been able to do since WWE 2K14.

All versions of the game will be available on different game consoles, and they'll also come with a month of Peacock Premium, but that's only for people in the United States. The Standard Edition will come out on March 8, 2024, while the Deluxe and 40 Years of WrestleMania Editions will come out on March 5, 2024. They also said that some special matches like guest referee, ambulance, casket, and gauntlet matches will be in the game.
