Exposure is a TV mini-series. The story follows photographer Jacs Gould, who, after the death of her best friend, returns to her hometown to uncover the hidden secrets of their relationship and the truth behind the tragedy.

Exposure will give you a similar feeling, especially at the beginning. Directed by Lucy Coleman, Exposure starts as a mystery drama but evolves into something much deeper and darker by the end.

Exposure Series

Exposure reveals the ongoing trauma that women experience, which is both painful and eye-opening. Jacs initially refused to take action regarding her predicament, but she had to make sure that man was held accountable.

She was aware that if she reported the incident to the police, she would be held accountable for her skimpy attire, intoxication, and negligence. Rather, Jacs copied the footage and emailed it to Ruffa, the man who actually attacked her—a teacher at a school. Just think! She desired for him to bear the humiliation of his actions, which revealed his true nature as a monster. She used that as a kind of discipline.

Exposure Plot

The story centers on Jacs Gould (played by Alice Englert), a young woman devastated by the sudden and tragic suicide of her best friend, Kel (played by Mia Artemis). Returning to her hometown for Kel's funeral, Jacs is determined to understand why her friend took her own life. Despite their lifelong closeness, Jacs never knew the secrets Kel was hiding or the true reasons behind her death.

Jacs embarks on a journey to uncover the truth, suspecting that certain men in their town might have driven Kel to this desperate act. Unbeknownst to Jacs, she herself had been a victim of these men's torment and abuse in the past.

As she delves deeper, will Jacs uncover the truth behind her best friend's death? What revelations about herself will she discover along the way? All will be revealed in the series, Exposure.
