What is Boons in Hades 2?
In Erebus, each god has its own special symbol. You'll spot these symbols on gates as you journey through the land. When you complete challenges, you'll be given a choice of three blessings from that god as a reward. These blessings come in different levels of rarity and you can only choose one at a time.
Equip a god's Keepsake to boost your chances of getting their blessing and to upgrade its rarity. Offer Nectar to earn Keepsakes from each god, but do so before choosing their blessing or their symbol will vanish. You can also enhance your blessing's quality by consuming a Pom of Power, resembling a pomegranate, found in doorways or Charon's shop.

About Hades 2
Hades II is a new game by Supergiant Games, where you fight and explore in a fantasy world. A follow-up to Hades (2020), Hades II focuses on Melinoë, who's Zagreus's sister, aiming to beat Chronos, the Titan of Time, with help from the Olympian Gods. The game was revealed in December 2022 and became available for early access in May 2024, starting with Windows. Supergiant intends to release it on other platforms in the future.
Hades 2 Gameplay
Hades II is a game where you explore dungeons in a roguelike style. It takes place sometime after the events of the first game and follows Melinoë, who's Zagreus's sister, in the same universe. With her mentor Hecate by her side, Melinoë seeks to defeat Chronos, the god of time. The game also brings back "God Mode," where players get stronger after each loss. A new feature, the "Mana Bar," gives players a combat resource that refills at the beginning of each battle.
