Find the Ghost:
Look for a special Ghost circling around in the Pale Heart area on your map.
Shoot the Cubes:
When you find the Ghost, there will be two colored cubes nearby: one red and one blue. Shoot the red one with a dark weapon and the blue one with a light weapon.
Stay Inside the Circle:
After shooting the cubes, a circle will appear. Don't step out of it.
Do the Task:
Each Paranormal Activity has its own puzzle or challenge to solve. Follow the instructions given while staying inside the circle.
Get Rewards:
Once you finish the task, you'll get rewards like Pale Heart Engrams, Glimmer, and experience points.

Location of All Paranormal Activities
Pyramid of Transgression:
Shoot the cubes inside the pyramid after communing with the light.

Locate the White Pyramid entrance and shoot the cubes outside.
The Lost City:
Look for a courtyard with two gates, and shoot the cubes inside and outside the gate.

After backtracking through the Tower and Holoprojector, shoot cubes in a platform area.

Find cubes on hanging platforms and hidden behind rocks.
The Landing:
Shoot cubes near a waterfall and on an open water body.
The Forgotten Deep Lost Sector:
Shoot cubes before reaching the boss room.

Find cubes inside the sector.
The Divide:
Shoot cubes on broken plane parts and on the edge of a cliff.
The Chasm:
Climb rocks to find cubes below and near a waterfall.
