In order to construct the Taverna, you need to do the special spell known as the Rite of Social Solidarity Incantation. It's like renovating an old place called The Crossroads’ Taverna. You will need two Nectar and two Garlic for this spell. You can collect nectar during your adventures, or purchase it from the Wretched Broker. On the other hand, if you want garlic, you can either dig it up in Ephyra or grow it in the soil at The Crossroads.

If you haven't checked out Ephyra yet, it's on the Surface, so be on the lookout for it. Once your Taverna is open for business, the Wretched Broker will begin selling Ambrosia in his shop. Right now, the only way to access it is through early access.
