How to Get the Chefosaurus Deviant in Once Human?
To get the Chefosaurus Deviant in Once Human, follow these steps:
Option 1: Quest "There's A Dragon Here"
Prerequisites
- Reach level 15.
- Access Meyer's Market.
- Complete the "Digby Boy" quest from Lowe in Deadsville if not already done.
Quest Steps
- Accept the quest "There's A Dragon Here" from Lowe.
- Travel to the old town of Sunbury to investigate the so-called dragon.
- Navigate through the Vulture-occupied neighborhood. Be prepared for gunfights with human enemies armed with guns, melee weapons, and explosives. Make sure to bring plenty of ammunition.
Interaction with Chefosaurus
- Find the Chefosaurus in the diner's kitchen.
- The quest will update, and you’ll need to prepare the following dishes:
- Dried Orange
- Roasted Meat
- Steak Combo
Ingredients can be found in containers around the Chefosaurus. Cook one of each dish and give them to the Deviant until it is satisfied.
Once the Chefosaurus approves of your cooking, it will turn into a deviant bubble that you can capture.
Option 2: Securement Silo Phi
Location
- Securement Silo Phi is located northwest of Greywater Camp in the Iron River region.
Dungeon Details
- This dungeon is relatively easy to complete solo but bring your best weapons to ensure safety.
Steps to Find Chefosaurus
- Start the silo run and proceed until you reach the room with big double doors that require a keycard.
- Instead of opening the doors, locate an elevator in the same room and go down.
- Follow the tunnel to a dimensional rift and pass through it to a hospital.
- Enter the room at the end of the hallway to be teleported elsewhere.
Void Encounter
- Enter the void and defeat all enemies.
- A portal will open, leading to a child’s room where there is a chance of encountering a Chefosaurus or a Pyro Dino (an offensive variant of the Chefosaurus).
- If a deviant appears, interact with it and capture it if possible.
By following these methods, you can successfully obtain the Chefosaurus Deviant in Once Human.
Chefosaurus Deviant
The Chefosaurus Rex in "Once Human" is a friendly dinosaur that helps around your house. These big, plush dinosaurs cook food and move around when they aren't busy.
To get a Chefosaurus Rex, you need to do a side quest called "There's A Dragon Here" from Lowe. This quest becomes available when you reach level 15 and go to Meyer's Market. Make sure you finish Lowe's "Digby Boy" quest in Deadsville first if you can't see the new quest.
In this quest, you will go to Sunbury, a town taken over by enemies called Vultures. These enemies have guns and other weapons, so bring plenty of ammo.
When you get to Sunbury, find the Chefosaurus in a diner kitchen. Talk to it, and the quest will update. You will need to cook three dishes: Dried Orange, Roasted Meat, and Steak Combo. The ingredients are nearby. Give these dishes to the Chefosaurus until it is happy. Then, it will turn into a bubble that you can capture.
