WWE 2K24 is a professional wrestling video game released in 2024. Developed by Visual Concepts and published by 2K Sports, the game is the twenty-fourth installment in WWE's flagship video game series and the 11th installment under the WWE 2K23 banner.
Building on its predecessor, WWE 2K24 reintroduces War Games and features several classic match types such as Ambulance, Buried Alive, Casket, and Royal Rumble, as well as new ones such as Body Bag and Dumpster Matches. The game features extensive commentary from Michael Cole, Corey Graves, and Byron Saxton, covering a wide range of rivalries and superstars.
The game's showcase focuses on cover star Roman Reigns chronicling his solo career since winning the 2015 Royal Rumble. road to 2015. In May 2023, during a quarterly earnings call by Take-Two Interactive, WWE 2K24 was announced for release in the fiscal year ending March 2024. On January 17, 2024, WWE 2K updated their Twitter profile with the new WWE 2K24 logo and announced the release date as January 22, 2024. They also posted a teaser photo featuring a referee T-shirt, tagging Stone Cold Steve Austin in the Tweet.
On January 22, 2024, it was confirmed that Cody Rhodes would be the cover star of the Standard Edition, while Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair from The Judgment Day would grace the cover of the Deluxe Edition. A "40 Years of WrestleMania" Edition was also announced, featuring the WrestleMania XL stadium and five playable superstars based on their WrestleMania appearances.
This marks the first time since WWE 2K14 that players can experience a WrestleMania showcase mode. MyRise will introduce two new storylines: Unleashed and Undisputed. These editions will be available on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and Series S.
Additionally, all editions will include a one-month subscription to Peacock Premium, available only in the United States. This offer will be valid until April 14, 2024, with codes expiring on May 31, 2024. The new version is released on March 8, 2024, while the Deluxe and 40 Years of Wrestle Mania editions are also available from March 5, 2024.
How to Perform Super Finishers in WWE 2K24?
To execute a Super Finisher in the game, you'll first need to fill up all three Finisher bars. These bars, colored yellow, are shown at the bottom of the screen beneath your character's name. Once all bars are filled, you can trigger the Super Finisher using specific commands.

Before attempting Super Finishers, it's important to check if your character possesses a Super Finisher move. Although WWE 2K24 features over 200 superstars, not every character in the game can execute a Super Finisher.
