How to Save in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes?

In this JRPG, you can't save your progress whenever you want like in some other games. You have to find one of two specific places to save your game. So, be careful not to lose your progress by reaching a game over screen.

In this game, there are basic save crystals where you can save your progress. If you've played other JRPGs, you probably know what these are. These crystals let you save your game and keep playing from there. They're pretty common and you can find them all over the world. You'll usually find one, or maybe more, in each dungeon. Make sure to save at every crystal you find in case something dangerous happens next.

In Eiyuden Chronicle, players can also save their game at different inns around the world. Unlike cities with save crystals, most major cities in the game have inns instead. Although you have to pay money (Baqua) to stay and heal at these inns, you can save your game there for free as many times as you want.

In your castle base, there's both a save crystal and an inn, which is a bit unusual. You'll find a save crystal just outside Nowa's room in the castle, and the inn is located in the main town area nearby.
