Invincible Season 2 Finale Recap Episode 8 Explained
Mark left college to improve himself after a tough fight and realization about taking a life. The Guardians found him after 20 years of searching across different dimensions. Meanwhile, Nolan began to miss his wife back on Earth. Mark ended things with Amber and considered pursuing a relationship with Eve, but decided it wasn't the right time. In Egypt, two women awaken a potential villain, the Egyptian pharaoh Ka-Hor. The Immortal discovers Dupli-Kate alive in the Arctic and she's expected to rejoin the Guardians in Season 3.
Allen the Alien gets caught to talk to Nolan in Viltrumite prison, convincing him to join against Viltrum. Nolan finds motivation to live and realizes he misses Debbie. Next season, Nolan may escape prison and join forces with Allen, Mark, the Guardians, and Thaedus. Angstrom Levy, seeking revenge on Mark, threatened Debbie and Oliver. Mark lost control and beat him to death after seeing Levy harm his mother. Levy was the only casualty in the Season 2 finale of Invincible.
