Is Core Keeper Crossplay?
Yes, the Core Keeper game can be played in Crossplay. The game Core Keeper is getting some updates for its multiplayer features. The developer, Pugstorm, says there won't be local co-op or cross-platform play, but they are working on improving PC crossplay with a new feature called PlayFab Party.
If you played the game before the official release, it's best to start a new world to have the best experience. Old worlds will be marked as “Classic” and won’t have the new content. After the 1.0 update, there will be more updates adding new content and improvements to the game.
Ending of Early Access
Core Keeper is very popular on Steam right now, and its Early Access phase will end on August 27, 2024. On that day, the game will be fully released on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
The full release will come with a big 1.0 update that improves the game and matches the quality of the console versions. In Core Keeper, you’ll collect relics and resources, build your base, craft tools, and explore a changing world. You’ll also explore new areas, level up, meet Cavelings, fight Titans, and discover the Core’s power.
Core Keeper Multiplayer
Core Keeper started allowing players to host their own multiplayer games in March 2022. In May, they added dedicated servers with the 'Sunken Sea' update. Playing with others has always been part of the game’s plan, and the multiplayer features have quickly improved since the game began its early access phase.
