Neuvillette is a character in Genshin Impact who uses Hydro abilities. He is the leader of the Marechaussee Phantom and is very strict about following the rules. Although he appears human, he is actually a Hydro Dragon Sovereign. He only fully regained his dragon powers when the Hydro Archon Focalors returned them to him during the events of Archon Quest Chapter IV: Act V - Masquerade of the Guilty.

Vautrin is a quest-exclusive character in Neuvillette's Story Quest, "Diluvies Chapter: Act I - The Remains of the Past Day." He used to be the Captain of the Special Security and Surveillance Patrol when the Melusines first joined Fontainian society.
Vautrin worked with Carole, who was part of the Marechaussee Phantom, to build trust and cooperation between groups.
