John Mellencamp
John J. Mellencamp is an American singer-songwriter known for his heartland rock music. He gained fame in the 1980s with hits like "Hurts So Good," "Jack & Diane," and "Pink Houses." Originally known as Johnny Cougar, he has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (2008) and the Songwriters Hall of Fame (2018).
