To know the presale code check their site now then to get it. Presale tickets for Keith Urban's tour will start at 12:00 p.m. CDT on May 7. Only people with a Citi credit or debit card can get these tickets by going to citientertainment.com. If you are a member of Keith Urban's fan club on his official site, you can access the Ville: Phoenix Club presale starting this Tuesday.
A venue presale will begin on Wednesday for 24 hours. After that, there will be partner presales from Vibee and SiriusXM. General tickets, VIP packages, and official platinum tickets will be available starting Friday, May 10, on Ticketmaster.com.

Keith Urban Tour
Keith Urban, a five-time ARIA and four-time GRAMMY winner, has announced his HIGH AND ALIVE WORLD TOUR. The tour includes eight shows in Australia in August 2025, starting on August 13 at Newcastle Entertainment Centre. Chase Matthew will open the shows. This will be Keith Urban's first tour in Australia since December 2022.
Fans will hear live performances of new songs from his album HIGH, including “Wildside” and “Straight Line,” as well as popular hits like “One Too Many” and “Wasted Time.” Urban’s concerts are known for their high energy and impressive showmanship. Tickets will be available for early access starting Friday, September 13 at 1 pm local time.

Keith Urban's New Album
