Meteor is a strong spell which causes a meteor to fall from the sky and strike opponents, delivering a great number of damage. It has a critical damage multiplier of 200%, basic fire damage of 180, and a 5% chance of critically hitting. The remarkable thing about this spell is that it gains an incredible 900% boost in effectiveness when additional damage is applied.

Additionally, for every point of Intelligence you have, Meteor's damage is increased by 4%.
Speed and Duration
After being cast, Meteor moves rather swiftly thanks to its base speed of 1.257 mph. It takes a little over two seconds to land, and after contact, it stays in motion for seven seconds.
