Moore in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree

Moore is a new character in the game Shadow Of The Erdtree. You meet him near the Main Gate Cross Site Of Grace, on your way to the Belurat Tower Settlement. He's a bit curious and helps gather supplies for Leda and her group.

During your interactions with Moore, you'll come across a choice that affects his story. Depending on whether you choose to "put it behind you" or "remain sad forever," Moore's fate changes. This choice impacts how his quest unfolds and what happens to him next in the game.

How to Find Moore in Shadow of the Erdtree?

When you first meet Moore in Shadow Of The Erdtree, he's stationed at the Main Gate Cross Site Of Grace. He tells you about his work helping Lady Leda and offers various items for sale, like arrows, ingredients, and special items such as Fireproof Pickled Liver and Sealed Spiritsprings Note. These items can be really useful later in the game.

Moore will stay at the Main Gate Cross until you break Miquella's charm. To do this and progress Moore's storyline, you will need to reach the main Shadow Keep doors in Scadu Altus. This area becomes accessible after completing the Castle Ensis gauntlet.

Options of Moore

After breaking Miquella's charm in Shadow Of The Erdtree, Moore becomes sad because he no longer feels her presence. When you talk to him, he'll ask what he should do about feeling abandoned by their mother. You have three options to respond:

1. Put it behind you: Moore decides to move on from his sadness and disappears from the Main Gate Cross Site Of Grace. You'll meet him again later in the game during the Enir-Ilim fight, after clearing the shadows from Belurat Tower.
2. Remain sad forever: Moore gives up hope and you'll later find his dead body near enemies called Kindred Of Rot in Scadu Altus, north of the Church of the Crusade. You can collect his Bell Bearing, Verdigris armor set, and Verdigris Greatshield from there.
3. I don't know: This option's consequences are uncertain, but Moore's story will likely continue regardless, leading him to join the Enir-Ilim fight eventually.

These choices affect Moore's fate and how his storyline unfolds as you progress through the game.
