Start and Complete Quest

• Find the "Sketch of an Inspection Point" quest in Once Human at [6896, -5025] under a satellite dish where stairs lead up.
• Open the crate there to start the quest and collect four key cards.
• Track the quest with the blue icon to guide you to the right buildings and locations.
• Use your motorcycle or fast travel towers to cover the distances between points.

Steps to get each chip card:

• Go to [6178, -4516] at Brookham Guardhouse, find a Teddy Bear under a satellite dish, and bring it to the Teddy Bear Circle near the red tower to get the first chip.
• At [6434, -5577], go to Inspection Point 3771, climb onto a white van with a satellite dish, press Q to reveal a Hidden cage, and interact with it for the next chip.
• Head to [6570, -5169] or Inspection Point 7802, find a building west of the entrance with three items on shelves, interact to drop an item and pick up the next chip from the ground.
• Finally, at [7579, -4767] near a Teleportation Tower, enter a building with passcode 9274 to get the last chip.
• Return to the locked crate with all four cards, insert them, and claim your rewards: EXP, Energy Link, Stellar Planula, and Cortex Level 1.

Finding the Rosetta Key Card Near Coastside Plaza:

• Look for the Rosetta Key Card quest near Coastside Plaza in Once Human.
• Track the quest with a blue chevron icon in your Journal (press J and select 'Tasks').
• Enter the office building near the teleporter, accessed from the back.
• Solve the computer puzzle by aligning numbers to get the password '9274'.
• Use this password to open the crate and get the first key card.
• Teleport back to the chip-locked chest using the nearby teleportation tower.

Finding the Rosetta Key Card in Inspection Point 7802:

• Follow the blue chevron to a grey building with an open door.
• Inside, interact with a purple book three times to get the key card.

Finding the Rosetta Key Card in Inspection Point 3771:

• Head south of Thoroughville to Inspection Point 3771.
• Climb onto the truck in front of the facility to find the key card in a crate.

Getting the Brookham Guardhouse Rosetta Key Card:

• Travel through Thoroughville to Brookham Guardhouse.
• Defeat Deviants in the area and locate a missing teddy bear near a satellite dish.
• Place the teddy bear beneath the radio tower to summon Miss Teddy Bear.
• Interact with her to receive the key card.
• Return to the chip-locked crate to complete the quest and claim your rewards.
