Game Draws

The 2D Lotto is drawn three times a day: at 2 pm, 5 pm, and 9 pm. During special occasions or emergencies, the PCSO may cancel draws and will announce when they will resume.

Ticket Purchase

Players select two numbers from 1 to 31. Tickets can be purchased at authorized lotto outlets.

Winning Combination

To win, your chosen numbers must match the drawn numbers in the exact order.

Claiming Prizes

• For prizes up to ₱10,000, claim your winnings at any authorized lotto outlet.
• For prizes from ₱10,001 to ₱300,000, claim at PCSO branches.
• For prizes above ₱300,001, including the jackpot, claim at the PCSO Head Office in Mandaluyong City.

Regulations

Ticket selling and prize claiming are not permitted in areas under Alert Level 5. For Alert Levels 1 to 4, gaming activities are allowed. Prizes above ₱10,000 are subject to the TRAIN law.

• The winning combination will be drawn three times daily (2 pm, 5 pm, and 9 pm). If your chosen numbers match the drawn numbers in exact order, you win the jackpot prize.
• You can opt for Lucky Pick (LP), where the system randomly selects the numbers for your ticket.
• Each 2D Lotto ticket costs ₱10.00. You can play the same numbers for up to six consecutive draws.
• Multiply the cost per play (₱10.00) by the number of draws to get the total amount.
