Steps to Claim the Prizes

Here are the steps to claim the prizes,

• For prizes up to Php 300,000: You can cash out through the e-lotto app.
• For prizes over Php 300,000: Go to the PCSO Main Office. You'll need to show the QR Code from your winning ticket and two valid IDs.

Steps to Claim Your Prize

1. Write your name and sign on the back of your winning ticket.
2. Bring two valid IDs for verification.

Jackpot Prizes

• Claim at the PCSO Main Office: 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. Corner Princeton St., Mandaluyong City.
• Note: Jackpot prizes are subject to a 20% tax under the TRAIN Law.

For prizes below Php 10,000

• You can claim them at the nearest PCSO Branch.
