Should you Execute or free Gammel in Unicorn Overlord?
In Unicorn Overlord, it's better to release Gammel because he can become an ally later. If you hand him over to the town guard, the game suggests that he's looking for revenge, which can cause problems.Regardless of your choice, you'll get a Recruit's Shortbow, Beckoning Bell, Cornia Militia, and recruit Rolf. If you choose to execute Gammel, you will also receive 10,000 war money.Since allies are important in the game, it makes sense to collect as many as possible.
Deciding whether to release or execute Gammel in Unicorn Overlord depends on your priorities. If you choose to execute him, you will immediately receive 10,000 War Funds, which can be very useful in the early game to equip your party and gain an advantage in battles.
However, you'll permanently lose the ability to recruit Gammel as a thief and have to face him again later in the story. On the other hand, freeing Gammel allows you to recruit him later and become a powerful ally.
