To claim your PCSO lottery prizes, follow these steps:

For prizes up to Php 300,000, you can cash out through the e-lotto app. For prizes exceeding Php 300,000, visit the PCSO Main Office located at 605 Conservatory Building, Shaw Blvd. Corner Princeton St., Mandaluyong City. Be sure to bring the QR Code from your winning ticket and two valid IDs. Before claiming, write your name and sign on the back of your winning ticket and bring two valid IDs for verification.

Jackpot prizes must be claimed at the PCSO Main Office and are subject to a 20% tax under the TRAIN Law. For prizes below Php 10,000, you can claim them at the nearest PCSO branch. PCSO thoroughly checks all tickets and does not accept counterfeit or tampered tickets.
