Where to claim the Prize?
If you win a prize, you can claim it at the right place. For prizes of PHP 300,000 or less, you can use the e-lotto application. But for prizes of PHP 300,000.01 and above, you need to go to the PCSO Main Office. To claim your prize, bring your winning ticket and two valid IDs. For smaller prizes, you can claim them at the nearest lottery outlet or PCSO branch.
If you win a prize between PHP 5,000 and PHP 20,000, you can claim it at the nearest PCSO Branch office. But if you win a prize above PHP 20,000, you need to go to the PCSO head office in Mandaluyong City. Remember, prizes above PHP 10,000 are subject to a 20% tax under the TRAIN law.
