TFT Update

The Teamfight Tactics Set 11 game is still figuring out the best strategies, and the developers are getting ready to test some adjustments with Patch 14.9 on the PBE servers. This patch is a big deal for the Inkborn Fables update in Set 11 of TFT. It's coming out right between the first two big Tactician’s Cup tournaments.

They did a mini-patch called a B-patch for Patch 14.8 to fix some things for the first Tactician’s Trials and Cup, but there's still some work to do, like maybe making Lissandra a bit weaker. In Patch 14.9, they're also adding 20 new Artifacts and five Support items.

They made some improvements to the stronger champions in Set 11 with Patch 14.8, but that caused some problems, so they had to do another mini-patch and adjust the chances of getting certain things in Patch 14.9. Remember, though, that everything could change before the update goes live on May 1. All this info is from the 14.9 Patch Rundown by Stephen “Mortdog” Mortimer, the game design director.
