The Fray
The Fray is a rock band from Denver, Colorado, formed in 2002. Their first album, How to Save a Life (2005), was a big hit and went quadruple platinum in the U.S. They’re known for songs like "Over My Head (Cable Car)" and "How to Save a Life." Their second album, The Fray (2009), also did well, hitting number one on the Billboard 200.
Their later albums had mixed reviews and less success. Isaac Slade left the band before their 2024 single "Time Well Wasted," which was their first release without a major record label. The band's music is emotional and piano-driven, similar to bands like Coldplay and Keane.
