In Palworld, Dumud can be found in specific locations that players should be aware of. The first place to look for Dumud is in the northwestern desert of Palpagos Island. This area surrounds the Anubis boss encounter and is known for its challenging environment. Also next spot is the large southwestern desert located below the Tower of the Brothers of the Eternal Pyre.
If you decide to search in this area, make sure to equip yourself with heat resistance gear to avoid taking damage from the harsh conditions. For a more predictable location, players can find a level 14 Alpha Dumud on Ice Wind Island. This Alpha Dumud spawns just northwest of the Anubis desert. It is a reliable spot because the Alpha Dumud will respawn every hour after being defeated or caught, making it a useful location for farming Ancient Civilization Parts.
How to Capture Dumud in Palworld?
Capturing Dumud in Palworld can be a bit tricky, especially for lower-level players. Dumud is a Ground-type Pal and spawns at levels 19 to 32, depending on where you find it.
Bring a Grass-Type Pal:
Dumud is weak against Grass-type moves. Bringing a Grass-type Pal with you will help you defeat Dumud more effectively. Grass-type moves are strong against Ground-types, making it easier to reduce Dumud's health without dealing too much damage to yourself.
Avoid Electric-Type Pals:
Electric-type Pals are weak to Ground-type attacks, so using them against Dumud can result in significant damage. Stick with Grass-types or other types that can handle Dumud's Ground attacks.
Handle Multiple Dumuds Carefully:
Dumud often appears in groups, which can make the battle more challenging. It’s a good idea to use your Grass-type Pal to take out all but one of the Dumuds. Once you’re left with a single Dumud, focus on weakening it further to increase your chances of a successful capture.

Dumud Skills and Stats
