The Bachelorette
The Bachelorette, a reality TV dating show spun off from The Bachelor, first aired on ABC on January 8, 2003. In the show, a runner-up from The Bachelor selects a spouse from 25 contestants. After a hiatus, it returned in 2008 and has since become a popular summer TV show. Chris Harrison hosted the first 16 seasons, with JoJo Fletcher filling in briefly during season 16.
Starting in 2021, the show began airing two seasons each year, hosted by Tayshia Adams and Kaitlyn Bristowe. The 19th season in 2022 featured two Bachelorettes throughout, with Jesse Palmer as host. The 21st season started on July 8, 2024.
