No, Stellar Blade is not releasing on PC because it's been developed as an exclusive game for PlayStation 5. The decision was made by SHIFT UP CEO and Stellar Blade Director Kim Hyung Tae, who wanted to focus on delivering the best possible gameplay experience on a single platform.

He chose PlayStation 5 because he believed it would offer the most optimal experience for players. Additionally, the technical director Dongi Lee, considered features like the fast loading of the SSD and adaptive triggers of the PlayStation 5 DualSense controller to make the game feel even more real for players, they decided to release it only on PS5.

Stellar Blade is Shift Up's first AAA gae, previously known as Project EVE until its official reveal on September 13th, 2022. While initially announced for PC (Steam), PS4, and Xbox One in 2019, it was confirmed as a PS5 console exclusive in 2022.

Also a trial version of the game became available on the PlayStation Store worldwide on March 29, 2024. However, there was an accidental early release in the United States on March 8, which was quickly adjusted.
