Yes, Shogun will have two more seasons. FX, Hulu, and the Estate of James Clavell announced this on May 16. They are already working together to continue the series, with key people like the co-creators, producers, and star Hiroyuki Sanada returning. Even though production has not started yet, a writers' room will begin working soon.
