Will There Be a Terminator Zero Season 2?
As of now, "Terminator Zero" has not been confirmed for a second season. Netflix will decide based on how many people watch the show and how many hours they spend on it. Creator Mattson Tomlin is hopeful for a renewal.
He shared that if the show gets more seasons, it will follow the three main characters as they grow up and experience a future war. Their relationships with humans and machines will change dramatically. We’ll have to wait for Netflix’s decision to see if there will be a second season.
Terminator Zero
Terminator Zero is a 2024 sci-fi anime series set in the Terminator universe, originally known as "Terminator: The Anime Series." Created by Mattson Tomlin, it was produced for Netflix by Production I.G and Skydance Television, with Masashi Kudō directing. The series has eight episodes and premiered on Netflix on August 29, 2024. It continues the story of the Terminator world, blending action and science fiction elements.
Terminator Zero Plot
Terminator Zero is set in Tokyo in 1997, Malcolm Lee is working on an AI system called Kokoro to rival Skynet. Just before Judgment Day, Lee and his three children are chased by a robot assassin. At the same time, a soldier from the year 2022 is sent back in time to protect them.
