"Wuthering Waves" is a new action role-playing game that's free to play, created by Kuro Games. It will be available on May 23, 2024. The game is similar to "Genshin Impact" because it has an open world and uses a gacha system. However, "Wuthering Waves" focuses more on fighting.

The game is set in a future where a disaster called the Lament has almost wiped out humanity, leaving the world in ruins. Strange creatures and monsters appeared after this event, but people learned to live with them and started rebuilding their society.

The main character, called the Rover, wakes up with no memory of what happened. As the Rover explores the world, they will discover new places and advanced technology, while uncovering the secrets of this new, post-apocalyptic world.

Skills: Windqueller, Emerald Storm: Prologue.

Dashes forward, causing Aero damage; usable in air and enters Qingloong mode, enhances Basic and Heavy attacks with Lance of Qingloong for continuous Aero damage.

Calcharo

Weapon: Broadblade

Skill: Extermination Order

Swings Broadblade to attack, causing Electro damage; can be cast 3 times in a row with a 10-second cooldown.

Baizhi

Skill: Momentary Union

Heals the entire team, summons You’tan, generating Remnant Entities that attack enemies and restore HP every 2.5 seconds.

Yinlin

Encore

Skill: Thermal Wooly

Summons Cloudy and Cosmos to attack with high-temperature rays, causing significant Fusion damage. After using the skill, Encore gains "angry points." When these points reappear, using Thermal Wooly again causes Cloudy and Cosmos to combine for another powerful Fusion attack.

Mortefi

Element: Fusion

Weapon: Rectifier

Skill: Passionate Variation

Sends out high-speed flame lightning, dealing Fusion damage to nearby enemies.

Jianxin

Element: Aero

Weapon: Gauntlets

Skill: Calming Air

Parries an incoming attack by holding down the skill button. If successful, Jianxin becomes immune to the attack and counters with Aero damage. Releasing the skill button during the stance will launch an immediate attack that also deals Aero damage.

Lingyang

Element: Glacio

Weapon: Gauntlets

Skill: Ancient Arts

Attacks and deals Glacio damage. When hitting with her 3rd, 4th, and 5th Basic Attacks, her skill changes to Swift Punches.

Skill: Breezy Domain

Yangyang uses her sword to create a wind field, pulling enemies to the center and causing Aero damage.

Aalto

Element: Aero

Skill: Shift Trick

Aalto creates a Mist and a Mist Avatar to distract enemies. The avatar takes some of Aalto’s health and generates 6 Mist Bullets around the enemies, causing Aero damage.

Yuanwu

Element: Electro

Weapon: Gauntlets

Skill: Leihunang Master

Yuanwu summons the Thunder Wedge, dealing Electro damage and creating a Thunder Pool. When team members hit an enemy within this pool, the Thunder Wedge attacks as well, causing more Electro damage. This can happen every 1.2 seconds.
