The Chameleon is a boss in the game and can be found on the top right-hand corner of the map. To finish the game, you need to defeat the Chameleon along with three other bosses. When you enter its chamber, you will see a big empty room with a platform and the Chameleon waiting for you on the left side.

How to Beat the Chameleon Boss in Animal Well?
When you go down to the Chameleon's room, you will see some small enemies (hedgehogs) walking on the log. You need to get the Chameleon to eat all five of them. This is easy once you know what to do. The Chameleon will try to eat you with its long tongue. It will do this three times and then throw some balls at you.
The balls will not hurt you much, but you need to move out of the way so the chameleon eats the hedgehogs instead of you. Try to get it to eat two hedgehogs at first and then three on the next try. When it eats all five, it will leave, and you can follow it to get a reward.
Procedure to use V. Flame
To get the V. Flame, you need to open its special box with the Disc or Yo-yo. Then, you can pick it up and put it in your bag. With the V. Flame, you can go to a special room with big statues of four animals. You can use the Animal Flute to go to this room quickly.
In the room with the statues, you need to put the V. Flame into the Chameleon's special place. Then, you can move on to what's next. To finish the game, you need to find all four flames and use them to make each statue bright.
