The ending of "BioShock Infinite" can be quite confusing, but here's a simplified explanation. Throughout the game, Booker DeWitt is trying to rescue Elizabeth from the flying city of Columbia. Eventually, Booker and Elizabeth discover that the only way to stop the game's main antagonist, Comstock, and prevent all the terrible events that have happened is to kill Booker before he becomes Comstock.

To do this, Elizabeth takes Booker back to a point in time before he could accept a baptism that would set him on the path to becoming Comstock. Elizabeth then drowns Booker before he can be baptized, effectively erasing Comstock from existence. However, the game ends on an ambiguous note. After that, there’s a scene where Booker is back in his office and calls out for his daughter, Anna.

The game cuts off before we can see if she is there. This suggests that in a universe where Booker refused the baptism, he never sold his daughter and they live happily together.
