The Black Crowes
The Black Crowes are a rock band from Atlanta, Georgia, that started in 1984. They've put out nine studio albums and four live ones. Their first album, "Shake Your Money Maker," came out in 1990 and was super popular. Their second album, "The Southern Harmony and Musical Companion," reached the number-one spot on the Billboard 200 chart in 1992. They kept on making albums like "Amorica," "Three Snakes and One Charm," "By Your Side," and "Lions," and people liked those too.
They stopped making music from 2002 to 2005. Then in 2008, they came back and released an album called "Warpaint." That one got up to number 5 on the Billboard chart. Some people in the band have changed over time, but the brothers Chris and Rich Robinson have always been in it. Their newest album, "Happiness Bastards," just came out in March 2024. The Black Crowes have sold more than 30 million albums and are really respected in rock music history.
