Darrell Beck, a 4-year-old boy, was last seen on Barrineau Park School Road in Molino, Florida. He loved water and a Florida Missing Child Alert was issued for him on Tuesday morning. Sadly, after the alert, the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office announced on Facebook that Darrell's body had been found. Over 100 first responders participated in the search. This tragic news came after an extensive effort to locate him.

What Happened to Darrell Beck?

Darrell Beck, a young boy, walked out of his house and wandered into a nearby pond on private property. The area had thick woods and several ponds. His search includes 100 first responders, local officials, detectives, drones, K-9 units, a dive team, Escambia Search and Rescue, and community members. Sadly, his body was found about two hours later. The sheriff’s office did not give more details but asked everyone to keep Darrell’s family in their thoughts and prayers.

Yes, Darrell Beck was found dead. His body was discovered about two hours later after he went missing in a pond on private property near his home. Age 4 is not the time for death but that happened.
