Find Me Falling Review
"Find Me Falling" (2024), directed by Stelana Kliris, is a romantic comedy that offers a mix of charm and familiar tropes. Set on the scenic island of Cyprus, the film features Harry Connick Jr. as a struggling rock star who retreats to a cliffside home, only to discover it’s a common site for those in distress.
His quiet escape is disrupted by a reunion with his old flame, Sia, played by Agni Scott. The movie shines with its beautiful island setting and cultural touches, giving it a refreshing vibe. The interactions among characters, like the stern yet kind Captain Manoli and the talented singer Melina, add depth.
However, the film’s attempt to blend romance with serious themes can feel uneven, with some moments seeming forced. Despite this, the film's heartfelt performances and picturesque visuals make it a pleasant watch, highlighting simple joys and the potential for new beginnings.
