George Clarke Illness and Health Update
George Clarke is suffering from Muscular Dystrophy (MD). George Clarke had to respond to false reports saying he had Muscular Dystrophy. The Channel 4 star cleared things up on Instagram, saying he is healthy and does not have the disease. He was upset by the false news, especially because it hurt his family.
And urged people to donate to Muscular Dystrophy UK to help those who actually suffer from the condition. Muscular Dystrophy is a group of genetic diseases that cause muscles to weaken over time. What Disease Does George Clarke Have?
George Clarke talked about his illness on his show, *Amazing Spaces. His friend Paul, who also has muscular dystrophy, appeared on the show. This made George and the viewers emotional. George Clarke shared that he has a rare illness called muscular dystrophy. This disease causes muscles to weaken over time.
According to the NHS, muscular dystrophy is a group of genetic diseases that slowly make muscles weaker, leading to more disability as time goes on. There is no cure for muscular dystrophy right now. It happens because of changes in the genes that control muscle function. George will need to manage this illness for the rest of his life.

Career
George Clarke started his architecture career in 1995 with FaulknerBrowns in Newcastle. He then worked with famous architect Sir Terry Farrell in London and Hong Kong. In 1998, he started his own company, clarke:desai, with Bobby Desai. They worked with clients like Simon Fuller and Jamie Oliver.
In 2011, Clarke started a new company called George Clarke + Partners, which worked on renovations and new buildings. This company closed in August 2023. Clarke was a visiting lecturer at Newcastle University from 2001 to 2003 and now teaches at Nottingham University.

George Clarke Deafheaven
Deafheaven is a band from America that started in 2010. They began with just two members: singer George Clarke and guitarist Kerry McCoy. They made a demo album and then added three more members to the band. By the end of 2010, they signed with Deathwish Inc. and released their first album, Roads to Judah, in April 2011.
They are known for mixing different music styles like black metal, shoegaze, and post-rock, which reviewers called "blackgaze." Their second album, Sunbather, came out in 2013 and got great reviews. They released New Bermuda in 2015 and Ordinary Corrupt Human Love in 2018.
