House of the Dragon Season 2 Episode 3 Recap
In episode 3 of House of the Dragon season 2, a feud between the Brackens and Blackwoods over land borders unfolds, fueled by their allegiance to rival factions led by Rhaenyra and Aegon. The dispute escalates to violence, resulting in a tragic aftermath with both houses left devastated amidst a bloody scene, setting the stage for impending war.
As tensions rise, Rhaenyra seeks to avoid conflict, engaging in a covert meeting with Allicent to plead for peace. However, revelations during their discussion, including a prophecy about "the prince that was promised," suggest that war may be inevitable despite efforts to prevent it.
