Consuming these foods regularly will help your character gain weight over time, enhancing their strength and carrying capacity. If you want your character to lose weight, there are a couple of effective methods. Eat items like raw meat, spoiled food, or dirty water. These foods will cause Gastric Discomfort, making your character lose weight over time. However, this also comes with temporary debuffs.

Once you reach your desired weight, you can cure Gastric Discomfort with Antibiotics, which can be crafted at the Supplies Workbench. Consume foods like Fat-Burning Juice, which have the Weight Watching effect. These foods help reduce your character’s weight without the negative side effects of Gastric Discomfort.

Another way to adjust your character's weight is by changing their fitness level. This can be done using the Floor Mirror in the game. Although this method requires Chrysalis Tokens, it allows for quick and efficient weight modification without the need for dietary changes.

  • Max Stamina: +25
  • Melee Attack Speed: +15%

Characters in this weight category are fast and agile. They can carry less, but they benefit from increased attack speed and higher stamina, making them ideal for players who prefer quick gameplay. However, their melee attacks deal less damage.

65kg to 85kg

  • Base Load (carrying capacity): 90kg
  • Stamina Recovery Speed: +20%
  • Torso Damage Reduction: +10%

This is the most balanced weight category. Characters have a moderate carrying capacity and benefit from improved damage reduction and faster stamina recovery. This makes them versatile and suitable for various play styles with fewer drawbacks.

  • Base Load (carrying capacity): 100kg
  • Weapon Stability: +15
  • Melee Attack Speed: -20%
  • Melee Attack Damage: +15%
  • Rolling Speed: -20%

Choosing the Right Weight

Each weight category refers to different play styles. For example, if you want to be fast and have high stamina, you might aim for a weight below 65 kg. On the other hand, if you prefer to carry more items and deal higher melee damage, you might choose a weight above 85 kg. The most balanced option, falling between 65 kg and 85 kg, provides a good mix of benefits with fewer disadvantages, making it ideal for general play.

You wake up in the middle of nowhere, facing the harshness of nature. Monsters, a lack of food, and polluted resources are constant threats. Stardust doesn't just affect living things; it also contaminates the soil and water. Eating polluted food and drinking dirty water will reduce your Sanity. When your Sanity drops, your maximum health also decreases. You can collect and craft about 100 different gun blueprints, divided into seven categories.

Each piece of loot can give you new items. You can also add accessories and perks to your guns. If your current weapon isn't enough, you can upgrade it with different parts and perks to meet your needs. Using a Territory Core, you can build your own house. You can create a practical small room with everything you need or design a larger house with a patio, kitchen, and garage. The best part is that you can relocate your territory whenever you want.
