SharePlay is an outstanding app from Apple that allows you to watch videos and make calls simultaneously. If you're eager to catch the latest movie or TV series from Netflix and want to enjoy it with your family or friends who are located far away, SharePlay won't work for you.

You can enjoy Netflix's content by watching it with your loved ones or host a viewing party with a group of friends. FaceTime is an app from Apple that enables free voice and video calls with other users who have Apple devices.
What Is SharePlay?
In late 2021, when Apple unveiled iOS version 15.1, it introduced a fresh capability to iPhones (and iPads) known as SharePlay. How to Watch Streaming Video in FaceTime with Friends?
Watching TV series, films, or listening to music with pals has become effortless, all because of FaceTime's SharePlay function. Yet, this is restricted to a service that works well with it. Let's explore the process of enjoying videos together while on a video call using FaceTime.
Step 1:
First, start a FaceTime conversation by pressing "New FaceTime" from your iPhone or iPad.
Step 2:
Scroll up at the very bottom of the FaceTime video call and pick "SharePlay." Decide between "SharePlay Automatically" or "Ask Next Time" as your options.
Step 3:
Launch a streaming platform that allows for SharePlay. Once you've chosen a film or series, tap the "Play" button. When asked, tap "SharePlay."

This method is the ideal solution for enjoying Netflix with friends who don't have a Netflix subscription.

If you're looking to stream Netflix with a group of friends, Rave stands out as an excellent choice for this activity. Rave offers apps for various major devices. You can get the Rave app on your iPhone, iPad, Android phone or tablet, Windows PC, or Mac computer. To get started, sign up for Rave and connect your Netflix account. For friends you want to include in the viewing party, they'll need to do the same.
Pick a movie or TV series from Netflix and begin watching. Stop the video right away to let others join in. After that, set the watch party to private and share the Rave link with your friends (through email, text, WhatsApp, etc.). Once everyone's online, you can start the video again, allowing all your friends to watch together. You can also chat through text and voice.

Teleparty
Previously called Netflix Party, Teleparty offers a lively way to enjoy movies and shows with your pals. It's compatible with Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Prime Video, and more. For computers and laptops, Teleparty can be installed as a browser add-on for Google Chrome. On smartphones and tablets, there's an app available in the Google Play Store. Currently, there's no Teleparty app for iPhones or iPads.
After everyone in your group installs Teleparty, you're ready to host the viewing party. Log into Netflix through the browser and begin playing a film or TV series. Next, select the TP extension (make sure to pin it to Chrome). This will provide you with a link from Teleparty. Share this link with your friends and begin the viewing session.

Hearo
Another way to stream Netflix with your buddies using an app is through Hearo. Install the Hearo app on your Android, iOS (iPhone or iPad), or Windows device. Currently, there isn't a Hearo app for Mac.
After installing Hearo, sign up for an account and connect your Netflix profile. It's important that all your friends also do this. The person hosting the movie or show should begin playing and pause it to allow others to join. At this point, the host needs to share the Hearo link, which can be found at the top-left corner of the app (under My Party).

Watch Netflix Together
Join a Netflix viewing party hosted by "Watch Netflix Together" through a Chrome app. Make sure to download this app on your Chrome browser.
Sign into Netflix in the browser and select the "Watch Netflix Together" app. After that, choose "Create Session". A link will appear. This link is only for the person organizing the watch party. After receiving the link, pass it along to your friends. Once everyone is connected, you can stream Netflix together. Currently, this app only works with Netflix.
