ING Bank App not Working Issue Explained
Many users of ING Bank experienced an outage issue on Wednesday. The users reported the outage at 9 AM, but ING stated that it was working to resolve the issue.
According to Down Detector, more than 2,300 users reported being unable to access the ING website and app.
This also affected users' ability to make payments using cards and mobile devices.
ING released a statement on its Twitter page stating...
"We are aware that some customers are experiencing issues accessing the ING website and app. The issue has been identified and our team are making progress in resolving the disruption.
We sincerely apologise to any customers who may be impacted."
As per ING's tweet, ING will never call its customers about online banking services. Check all updates at ING's official website and official page.
