Is Regular Show Coming Back for Season 9?
Regular Show will not be coming back for a season 9. Instead, the show is getting a reboot. This means the new version will start fresh and might go in a different direction from the original series.
Fans won't see a continuation of the events from the first eight seasons, but they can look forward to a new take on the story and characters. So, while there won't be a season 9, the Regular Show world will return in a new form.

New Regular Show Release Date
A new Regular Show series is being developed for Cartoon Network by creator J.G. Quintel. The original show, which started in 2010, followed the adventures of Mordecai and Rigby, two friends working as groundskeepers.
Voice actors included J.G. Quintel, William Salyers, Mark Hamill, and others. According to Variety, this new series is being developed along with other shows like a Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends spinoff, a Scooby-Doo reboot, and a new Adventure Time series. The release date for the new Regular Show series has not been announced yet.
Regular Show
Regular Show, an animated sitcom by J. G. Quintel, aired on Cartoon Network from September 6, 2010, to January 16, 2017. The show follows Mordecai, a blue jay, and Rigby, a raccoon, who work as park groundskeepers. Their colleagues include Skips, Muscle Man, Hi-Five Ghost, Pops, and their boss Benson. The series is known for its surreal and supernatural adventures.
It received critical acclaim, won awards, and developed a large fanbase. After ending with eight seasons and 244 episodes, Warner Bros. Discovery announced on June 12, 2024, that a new Regular Show series is in the works, with Quintel returning as showrunner.
