This tour continues the excitement of The Band’s famous 1976 concert at Winterland Ballroom in San Francisco, which is considered one of the greatest live shows ever. It honors Robbie Robertson, who helped found The Band. Before the tour, there will be a special concert.
For Robbie at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles on October 17, 2024, called “Life Is a Carnival: A Musical Celebration of Robbie Robertson.” The tour starts on October 19, 2024, at the Warfield in San Francisco. It will travel to many important venues across the U.S. and Canada through November 2024.

The tour has a great lineup including Ryan Bingham, Jamey Johnson, Mike Campbell & Benmont Tench from Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, and others. Lukas Nelson will join for three special shows in Colorado. Presale tickets are sold out. General public tickets will go on sale at 10 AM on August 14, 2024.

The Last Waltz was a famous concert by The Band on November 25, 1976, at Winterland Ballroom in San Francisco. It was called their "farewell concert" and had many special guests like Ronnie Hawkins, Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, and more. John Simon, who was their original record producer, was the musical director for the event.
