New Kids on the Block Announce Still Kids Album
After 11 years, pop music legends New Kids on the Block are about to release their debut studio album. The band announced on Monday that their upcoming album, "Still Kids," will be available on May 17. A Deluxe CD box set with a Still Kids theme, vinyl exclusives, and an exclusive CD with interviews and images are all available for pre-order now.
Their new lead track "Kids," which is currently available on all platforms, is released simultaneously with the release of the album. The fourteen-track album "Still Kids" includes two collaborative tracks by DJ Jazzy Jeff and Taylor Dayne, titled "Get Down" and "Old School Love," respectively.
Co-writer of six of the songs on "Still Kids," Joey McIntyre, said in a statement, "It says a lot about any band to make a record that has energy and passion and lightness and fun and depth – after almost 40 years together? It’s crazy.” In addition, Wahlberg stated that the next album "is bringing the New Kids and the fans full circle."

Still Kids Album Release Date
On Tuesday morning, March 5, New Kids on the Block revealed Still Kids, their first album of new music in eleven years, which will be available through BMG on May 17. A preview for 14-track album was provided via the release of the mid-tempo single "Kids," which was co-written and co-produced by David Stewart and Luke Batt.
On Friday, March 8, The Kelly Clarkson Show will host a takeover of an NKOTB episode featuring the album's live launch.
