Silence of The Prey Ending Explained
The harvest dinner is canceled, and everyone complains about Luther making Nina sit at the table. Luther locks Nina and her daughter Isabella in the basement, which is a foolish move for a fictional cannibal. Isabella gives her mother a pair of scissors, and Nina frees herself. She tapes the scissors and a wrench to her thighs for weapons. Isabella shows her a rifle, and Nina uses it to kill a cannibal who comes back for his car keys. Nina then kills another cannibal, Maya, by slitting her throat with a knife.
Unable to escape into the dark forest, Nina hides in the barn, where she finds severed human body parts hanging around her. Luther appears dressed as an antler man, and Nina shoots him in the arm. She tells him that she doesn’t officially exist in the country, so no one will look for her when she kills him. Unfortunately, Nina runs out of ammo, and Luther locks her in a small wooden structure. He then goes to the house to find Isabella, who is hiding in a closet.
Nina frees herself again and fights Luther. During the struggle, his antlers break and scatter on the floor. Luther tries to choke Nina to death, but she pulls out an antler that stabbed her leg and stabs Luther with it at least 50 times. "No one touches my baby," she says while sitting on Luther's corpse. The movie ends with Nina driving away with Isabella.
