Slowdive has announced their participation in the Sonic Cathedral 20-year anniversary shows this October, alongside Deary and Whitelands at Earth Hackney. They have also revealed a November tour of the United States, following their performances in Europe, the United Kingdom, and Mexico.
These tours support their latest album, Everything Is Alive, released in September, their first album in six years since 2017’s Slowdive. Although their “secret” performance has sold out, fans can join the waiting list for tickets via DICE FM. Tickets for other shows in the celebration series went on general sale on July 19th.

Slowdive
Slowdive is an English rock band that started in Reading, Berkshire, in 1989. The band members are Rachel Goswell, Neil Halstead, Christian Savill, Nick Chaplin, and Simon Scott. Neil Halstead writes most of their songs.
Their first album, Just for a Day (1991), and their second album, Souvlaki (1993), made them popular in the shoegaze music scene in the UK. After releasing their third album, Pygmalion, in 1995, the band broke up. Some members left, and the remaining ones formed a new band called Mojave 3, which had a folk and country sound.
Slowdive got back together in 2014 to play at the Primavera Sound Festival. They released a new album, Slowdive, in 2017, which was their first in 22 years. In 2023, they released another album, Everything Is Alive, which became their first top-ten album in countries like Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
