The Acolyte Episode 2 Recap
In the second episode of "The Acolyte," we see Mae, a mysterious warrior, attempting to kill Jedi Master Torbin on the planet Olega. However, Torbin's unique Force meditation prevents her from succeeding. As Mae regroups with her ally Qimir, they plan to hunt down the Jedi stationed on Brendok, including Torbin, Indara, Sol, and Kelnacca.
Mae offers Torbin poison as a means of absolution for his past, and he willingly accepts it, leading to his demise. Meanwhile, Osha poses as Mae to gather information, and Sol confronts Mae, revealing Osha's survival. Despite Osha's attempt to stun Mae, she manages to escape once again, leaving the Jedi to continue their pursuit.
The Acolyte Series
"The Acolyte" is a science fiction television series set in the Star Wars universe. It follows the story of a respected Jedi Master investigating a series of crimes at the end of the High Republic era, approximately 100 years before the events of "Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace."

Plot
In "The Acolyte," the story is set at the end of the High Republic era, where a respected Jedi Master embarks on an investigation into a series of crimes. These crimes led him to encounter a former Padawan learner, Osha, who left the Jedi Order due to internal conflict regarding her connection to the Force.
Osha's presumed-dead twin sister, Mae, reappears as a dangerous warrior wielding the dark side of the Force. As the investigation unfolds, sinister forces are revealed, challenging the Jedi's understanding of the galaxy and the balance of power within it.
