When will Minions 3 Release?
Minions 3 is set to release on June 30, 2027. This announcement was made by Illumination and Universal together. The movie is expected to be a big summer hit. It was announced a little less than three years before its release. However, the release date might change later.

Minions 3
Minions 3 is in the works. This movie follows the success of Despicable Me 4 and continues the story of the beloved yellow Minions. The first Minions movie came out in 2015, and the sequel, Minions: The Rise of Gru, explored Gru's early life. Brian Lynch, who wrote the first Minions film, will return to write the script, and Pierre Coffin, the director, will also direct and voice the Minions again. The film will keep up the franchise's trend of alternating between main Despicable Me movies and Minions spinoffs.

Minions 3 Plot
The plot of Minions 3 is still unknown, but it may follow another adventure with Gru and Wild Knuckles. It could also connect the Minions series to the original Despicable Me movies. In a mid-credits scene from Minions: The Rise of Gru, Gru is shown an airship that looks like one from later films. This suggests that Minions 3 might take place closer to the events of the first Despicable Me movie, bringing the story full circle.
